Astonishingly, my order actually reached me even earlier than I expected - and I had been kept in touch with progress by email, which was helpful. This is my second special purchase and the Gift is exceptional my wife loves it.The level of detail and the quality are amazing and I would recommend the gift experience to anyone without hesitation. I contacted the gift experience via email to enquire about the personalisation on my gift choice and the communication was amazing the staff are very helpful, the transaction was so easy from beginning to end. I took the additional option of gift wrapping my gift as I didn't want my wife to see the gift before our anniversary and it's just as well I did as the delivery box came with the gift experience tape on it to seal the outer delivery box and curiosity did get the better of her but as it was wrapped up inside the box, she didn't open the gift lol.
