As part of this experience, you and your guest will enjoy the culinary delights of this talented chef brigade who are led by celebrity chef Andrew Sheridan in the form of a five course tasting menu.

The tasting menu will allow you to sample classical European flavours with a unique modern twist. The menu created uses great quality locally sourced ingredients to create a culinary delight. You and your guest can opt for a sixth course as well as wine pairing with each course, these upgrades are payable directly to the venue.

This menu focuses on classical cooking using sustainable methodology. A sixth course is available by request and payable directly to the venue. This weekly menu is ever-evolving to show case the best quality offerings designed and created by 'Great British Menu' chef Andrew Sheridan.

Guests are able to purchase a wine pairing for this product. The wine flight will include great quality English and Welsh wine that will pair wonderfully with each course to bring out the subtleties of flavour in the dishes provided. Gluten Free and Vegetarian options can be catered for at prior notice however due to the cooking styles and products used in this kitchen Veganism cannot be catered for within this package.
