Multiple Shipping Charges

Most of our products are dispatched from our warehouse but some are dispatched directly from our trusted partners. These are normally personalised items that are made to order.

If your basket contains a mix of items that we stock and some that are dispatched from any of our partners, we regretfully include an additional shipping charge for delivery from these locations.

• Cut off: Orders must be placed by 3:45pm Monday - Friday
• Please note that many of our personalised items have an earlier cut off time - This is due to the time required to produce them. Please refer to the product page for details.

eVouchers

Our gift experience and activity vouchers can be sent out via email straight to your inbox! These normally arrive within 15 minutes of your order being completed. there is no shipping charge if you choose the eVoucher option.

We also offer the option to send these items as a voucher pack/gift box which will be sent out via the post.

At this current time, deliveries to all PO Box addresses and any European destination are not possible.
