Under the expert supervision of our dedicated team, you and your partner will become pony pros in no time! From grooming to hoof-care, stretching to feeding, we'll cover it all.

At The Ancient Trails Company, our horses and ponies have been lovingly rescued by the RSPCA and now call our beautiful sanctuary their forever home. We are extremely passionate about our four-legged friends and firmly believe in the therapeutic benefits they provide. Get ready to meet these incredible creatures and embark on an unforgettable adventure.

Your knowledgeable guide will walk you through grooming techniques using a variety of brushes and teach you how to check for any stray objects in the horse's hooves. If the weather permits, you might even have the chance to give your new equine friend a refreshing bath! Witness first-hand how the horse's daily stretches prepare them to work, while treating them to one of their all-time favourite snacks - delicious carrots. And if that's not enough, you'll also have the opportunity to guide your horse through an exciting obstacle course and get creative by braiding their magnificent mane and tail.
