At ‘8’, you’ll take a seat at the communal kitchen table, surrounded by fellow food lovers, and witness a brigade of culinary masters—led by the talented Andrew Sheridan—craft a sensational twelve-course tasting menu right before your eyes.

Your experience begins at 7:30 PM, placing you in the centre of the action. As each course is served, you’ll be treated to a symphony of flavours from a carefully curated set menu, tantalizing your taste buds while you watch the magic unfold.

Want to elevate the evening? Opt for the exquisite drinks pairing (available at an additional cost) to perfectly complement the dishes and enhance your experience.

Dietary requirements? No problem—with prior notice, the kitchen will accommodate most needs. Please note, however, that vegan options are unavailable due to the restaurant’s unique cooking style and ingredient selections.

Available Wednesday through Saturday for lunch or dinner, with Friday and Saturday evenings available for a small supplement fee of £15 per person (payable on arrival).
