The bottle of Chablis comes from Vaucoupin which lies on the right bank of the Serein river and is made from vines which grown on a 45 degree slope which can only be harvested by hand. The wine itself has a chalky base with notes of spring flowers and beeswax with a tart citrus core of fruit.
